The hotel rooms were big and comfy, very clean, classy, and a place where I would like to spend more time. They are spacious, sleek in design, and comfortable for relaxation. The service was nice and helpful, with friendly staff and a lovely lady assisting with dry cleaning, housekeeping, welcome drink, tours/ticket assistance, and happy hour. The location is only 1 hour and 20 minutes from the western suburbs of Chicago, perfect for families to enjoy the outdoor veranda and roof-top social area. The dining experience offered fresh, healthy dishes. The facilities were spacious and clean.
